Hi, I'm Joey Chalita.

Currently, I'm a career broker for lawyers and a team builder for law firms across Australia — helping talented people land roles they'd actually choose, and helping firms hire the people they need.

Before that, I spent six years building small businesses the hard way. I designed, manufactured and sold a Pilates sock brand end-to-end. And before that, I started younger still by flipping printer ink online.

By day, I work in legal talent. After hours, I'm stacking the next ventures and turning what I've learned outward so other operators can move faster than I did.

I'm 24, based in Sydney, Australia, and spend most of my time thinking about careers, building, taste, and designing a life that compounds.
