Story
Hi, I'm Joey Chalita — 24, based in Sydney, Australia, and building a few things at once.
I started early. My first business was flipping printer ink online. Not glamorous, but it taught me what a margin feels like, how to talk to a stranger who might buy from you, and how to move a physical thing from one place to another.
The next was my own brand — a line of Pilates socks I designed, manufactured, and sold. My first end-to-end product: sourcing, branding, photography, listings, fulfilment, customer questions. Six years of this kind of building compounds.
Today, my 9–5 is legal talent. I build teams for law firms and broker careers for lawyers across Australia. My 5–9 is the next stack — sharpening craft, shipping ventures, and turning what I've learned outward so other operators can move faster than I did.
The through-line is simple: I like building things, and I like helping other people build too.
